This policy explains how VOGA.HAUS handles the personal data of people who visit vogahaus.com.br and fill in our forms, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD).

What data we collect

Data you send us through the forms

• Contact: first and last name, company or brand, email and mobile number.

• Profile: your Instagram @ or link, if you are a creator.

• Project: needs, goals, communities of interest, budget, timeline, reference creators, interest in media and anything else you write.

• Communication preference: whether or not you want to receive VOGA.HAUS news.

Browsing data

• We use Google Analytics and the visit measurement provided by Framer, the platform that hosts the site. These tools record information such as pages visited, time on site, device type, browser and approximate location.

• Google Analytics uses cookies for this. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We do not ask for sensitive data, such as racial origin, health, religion or political opinion. Please do not include it in the open fields.

What we use the data for

• Replying to your message and understanding your project.

• Preparing the proposals, curations and quotes you asked for.

• Reviewing the profiles of creators who want to join the casting.

• Sending VOGA.HAUS news, only if you said you want to receive it.

• Understanding how the site is used and improving its content.

Legal bases

• Preliminary procedures for a contract, at your request (art. 7, V): to reply to the form and prepare proposals.

• Consent (art. 7, I): to send news. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

• Legitimate interest (art. 7, IX): to measure site usage and keep the forms secure.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We only share it with those who help us operate:

• Framer, which hosts the site and receives form submissions.

• Google, which provides Google Analytics and our corporate email.

These providers may store data outside Brazil. In those cases, the transfer follows the LGPD rules for international transfers.

Data may also be shared when required by law or by order of an authority.

How long we keep it

• Contact and project data: for as long as needed to handle your request and keep the business relationship. If there is no relationship, we delete it within 2 years of the last contact.

• Communication preference: until you unsubscribe.

• Data the law requires us to keep: for the period the law sets.

Your rights

Under the LGPD, you can ask at any time for:

• Confirmation that we process your data and access to it.

• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.

• Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law.

• Data portability.

• Information about who we share your data with.

• Withdrawal of consent and deletion of the data processed based on it.

To do so, write to contato@vogahaus.com. We reply within 15 days. You can also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

Communications

We only send news to those who chose "Yes" on the form. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe.

Security

We take technical and administrative measures to protect data, such as a secure connection (HTTPS), spam protection on the forms and access restricted to the team members who need the information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
